To book in for a race (see Upcoming Meeting page for current meeting details) call 07748 184 228 to check availability then simply click the link below to display the entry form and print it and then send your completed form to the address below with your payment. When we receive your payment your place will be guaranteed.  If you provide an email address we will electronically confirm your place, if not you will only receive confirmation if you supply a stamped addressed envelope with your  payment.

You can complete an annual declaration form to cover you for all the meetings during the year which means you do not have to complete individual entry forms for each meeting.  However you must book in for each meeting.

To be covered by our insurance everyone must still sign on at race  control when they arrive at the meeting. This includes people that have booked and paid in advance.
