The results from the marshalling questionaire are as follows:

We had 75 responses.
89.33% want no marshalling and will pay the extra.
10.67% will marshal and do not want fee's to be increased. Therefore they will not suffer and increase as they will get paid for their duties.
25.33% say that they know people who will join if the no marshalling goes ahead.

Proposal was to:

Have no marshalling rule with an increase in entry fee's by £7.50 for all groups with the exception of Auto's (who have never been asked to provide a marshal).

The additional funds will be used to pay volunteer Marshals and officials on the following basis.

· Full Day Duties  £35.00  (Marshall, Steward, Clerk of Course, Lap Scoring, Gates etc.)
· Half Day Duties £17.50  (Marshall, Steward, Clerk of Course, Lap Scoring, Gates etc.)
· Part Day Duties  £15.00. (Scruitineering, Front desk (Signing on, memberships, Marshalling, etc.)

The club will be accepting applications to join the Marshalling Club which will be formed if this proposals is accepted by a majority of members. If you wish to join the club please complete a form as soon as possible.
